Community Outreach Events

SWAGGA has successfully held three health events within our practices' communities, providing patient education around cancer screening and childhood Immunisations.

We were joined by other Health Care providers to help with patient engagement and to also help provide Cancer screening education and childhood immunisations.

Our Social Prescribers & Health and wellbeing coaches also were there to provide free health checks. This was a fantastic opportunity to see what we have available in our community as the events were held alongside Foodbanks and Food Pantries.
