What is FCP and what can it offer?

• A specialist Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal conditions
• Works with GP Surgeries as a first point of contact for patients with Musculoskeletal conditions
• Highly experienced and able to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients
• FCP's work closely with your GP practices and other Health Professionals to make sure the patients get the best outcome
• Where appropriate, home exercise plans to allow self-management and rehabilitation of injuries
• Onward referrals for investigations, scans and specialist clinics if required
